Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it has shipped.

- International: 10–25 business days

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
If you haven’t received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.
