We want you to love your Kairo purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or opened
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Intimate or sanitary goods (for hygiene reasons)

How to Request a Return

Email us at shoaibn110@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.
